Preparation:

The tissue paper is cut in a rectangular shape in the dimensions of 12 x 3 inches. Using the pencils, draw a line half inches away from the border line of the rectangle and draw a diagonal line from the corner of the rectangle to the other end such that the line touches the previously created line. After that the tissue paper is cut along the diagonal line using the scissors and the smaller portion is waste which can be disposed of. The tissue paper should then be cut towards the drawn line in a manner that it does not pass the line. Same distance cuts should be made to create a fringe pattern.

Assembling:

The shorter side of the paper can be folded onto the thin stick and then moving further by twisting the tissue paper. In the edges of the tissue paper and thin stick transparent tape is applied which provides strength to the flower. Upon that the floral tape can be used that hide the internal detail.
